Policies of Venezia Luxury Living Villas

GENERAL
Do not exceed the number of people specified on your booking confirmation.
Be considerate of your neighbors, avoiding loud music and other noises particularly between 23:00 and 08:00.
House parties are not allowed without our prior consent.
Please always respect that there are other houses around with families.
No parties or loud music or yelling will be acceptable at any time.

CHILDREN
Children of all ages are allowed.
In case of baby cot, please contact us in advance.
Children should be under constant supervision of adults.

BARBEQUE AREAS
Keep the fire under constant supervision and control.
Everything around is very dry during the summer and easy flammable.
Use a small amount of water to safely turn off the fire in the outdoor barbecue after use.

CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in time is 15:00pm.
We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we will do our best, without any promises!

CHECK-OUT PROCESS
Check-out time is strictly 11am.
Should you require a later check-out we will do our best, but you need to let us know beforehand.
Keep in mind late check-out is upon availability and at extra cost.
When you leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done:
Turn off all lights & appliances & return any moved furniture back to its original spot.
Air-condition units should be turned off.
Be sure to wash all the dishes.
Take kitchen garbage out to the outdoor trash dump sites and place into the dumpsters.
Please pile used towels on the linen baskets in the bathrooms.
Close and lock all windows and doors/
At the time of your departure, call us to receive the key.

BREAKAGES/ DEPOSIT DAMAGE/ DAMAGE
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately.
The villa has the possibility to charge or ask a deposit fee from 300 to 1000 EURO for any damages in the villa.
Guests are personally responsible for all damages on the property.
The villa is Self-catering- Self-catering means that you do everything for yourself. You make the beds, clean the bathrooms, buy the groceries.

PETS
Pets are allowed.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is only permitted outside the villa. Please do not throw your cigarettes down or in the pool.
Always use an ashtray.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ
Do not put paper, nappies etc. down the toilet please use the bin provided.
Please use shower before entering the swimming pool – jacuzzi
No food and drinks in the pool.
Children must be supervised by adults.

ACCESS CODES/ INSTRUCTIONS/ USEFULL TELEPHONES
Please call us at +306909885654 or +306938900604 to inform us on your arrival at Rhodes airport so someone will be on time to meet you at the villa and give you all the information needed.

COVID-19
At Venezia Luxury Living, our priority is the safety and well- being of our guests and employees.
Following the declaration of the coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic on March 12, 2020, we would like to extend our warmest thoughts to the people who have been affected by this unfortunate event and our deepest appreciation to the healthcare workers and local communities who are fifighting against the virus.
We are doing everything we can to provide the safest accommodation to you, as we are closely monitoring the latest developments, standards and protocols related to COVID-19 issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Greek government, the Ministry of Health, local health agencies and public health official. All is in place to keep your health and safety top of mind.

Before you book
Will there be a safe in the villa?
Most likely yes, however we advise all clients not to take valuables with them and if you do to keep them with you at all times.

Check-in times and Check-out times?
Entry is usually around 15:00(3pm) and Check-out time is strictly 11:00 (11am) Please take this in to account when booking your flights.
Do you allow parties?
House parties are not allowed without our prior consent.
No parties or loud music or yelling will be acceptable at any time.

Can you provide cots and highchairs?
In case of baby cot, please contact us in advance.

Pets are allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed.

Where shall I book an airport transfer?
We will be happy to assist you with an airport transfer. In addition, you can book for a transfer from and to the airport by clicking on the “Airport Transfer” button.
Is it possible to book daily maid service?
Upon extra charge, please inform us about this request when booking or before your arrival.


After you booked

Can I have Early check-in / Late check-out?
We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we will do our best, without any promises! Should you require a later check-out we will do our best, but you need to let us know beforehand.

Will there be an iron?
All of our villas are equipped with an iron and board for guest use.

Will there be a hairdryer?
All of our villas are equipped with a hairdryer; however they may not be as powerful as those available in the UK. Therefore, if you have specific requirements it may be advisable to pack a hairdryer in your luggage.
